Cylinder on the back of the lilliput?

I just ordered a lilliput 7-incher, so I cant check for myself, but what is that cylinder shaped thingy on the back of the lilliput:

On the photo its in the middle to the right.

Is it used to hook the screen up to a wallmount, or something?

In some models they have a tv tuner and that's where the antenna connects. The just use the same casing.
