Lilliput Ribbon Cables

Has anyone found a supplier for the ribbon cables/headers that Lilliput uses?

Has anyone ever by passed the ribbon cables by soldering directly or some other way?

i have a brand new Lilliput that has a bad ribbon cable that "someone" is supposely researching to find a supplier. That "someone" hasn't responded to my email in 3 weeks after purchasing *another* brand new Lilliput from this "someone".

I'm quite fed up with this, not only are these displays expensive, they have no support.

If i dont get something done with this display, I'm parting it out to try to recoop some of the expense.

Try www.digikey.com. They have EVERYTHING! The hard part is finding it. I recommend downloading their catalog and looking thru it. You'll find it.
