Problems with new lilliput touch screen panel?

I just bought a new 7" lilliput touchscreen panel as the one on my screen broke (the ribbon cable split) I hooked the new panel up to the screen installed it all again and the touch screen does not work. what could be wrong?

Ribbon cable could be reversed or loose.

I know about your problem..

The problem is discusted in a german forum (car-pc.info)...
The Manufactur send the wrong cables for the TFT/Touchscreen with it..

Replacement is on the way, but stucked in china because of the typhoon..

You should ask your reseller about this issue.. he should already know about that...
