So the screen doesn't look like the picture that is up on Ebay? I don't like the way it looks here. I really like the one on Ebay. What's up with that?

Can you confirm the resolution? What is the native resolution?

That's right... the guy keeps giving excuses, but I'm satisfied enough for now though because of these pictures. That image they have is a black photoshopped lilliput, and ripped from digitalww.com i think. I'm not sure why it is that way, apparently someone on here said that it was because they had no digital camera.

CarTFT and DigitalWW both sell those screens under their own brand, or as Starvision Elsewhere.
They aren't as bright as the latest xenarc/gain, but they are cheaper than a Lilli.
Something I did notice is that CarTFT have the TFT comparison page. and the external dimensions of the screen appear to be smaller than both the Lilli and the Xenarc/gain screens.
As long as the screens work as you need, that must be a god thing surely, as you can fit into smaller dashes with less work?

Ya I was stupid. I should have gotten both the LCDs from digitalww. Still need another though.

Still haven't gotten a tracking number of anything yet on my item. I'm considering some negative ebay feedback. He told me that he would have sent it by tomorrow, but I don't believe it for a reason.

Those bastards told me it would ship last friday, and I still haven't even got an e-mail from them or anything. He sent me one e-mail stating "your order has been delayed due to high volume of orders" Whoopadeedoo. Hire more people damn it.

I received mine end of last week. Prompt shipping and good follow-up. I do have to say that the seller f-ed up and put the product up on eBay prior to having good stock levels. But, I also have to say in the same breath that it is probably the best cust. service I have ever rec'd on eBay. Phone calls were answered and messages promptly returned.
As for the monitor, I was planning to do a write-up but decided against it when I figured that it is the SAME EXACT monitor that cartft.com is selling. There has to be a review of that monitor laying around somewhere on the net...
Anyways, good luck. If you are not satisfied with the seller - call him, his phone # is on every email. Don't be one of those who just leaves negative feedback with no sort of explanation.

If brian would return my calls, maybe things would be ok. No returned calls, no response to e-mails. I dunno man, this is turning out to not be a good experience for me. Negative feedback is last resort though, but it's gonna depend heavily on how I'm treated these next few days. Really ****es me off though...

According to carTFT.com they are 300 cd/m² and according to Digitalww.com they are 250 nits.
So not too bad.
Remember not so long ago when people where fitting 80-100nit composite screens becasue that was all that was available?

They suck, I got one off of ebay 2 years ago (which is how old this thread is), it doesn't turn on and you can't see it in any sunlight at all.
