xtreamvette, this has been discussed NUMEROUS times on this board and most of the threads are probably deleted or locked, do a search for more information. Only one member of this board actually claims to have received this monitor and has a negative review of it. The topic itself is a little off-limits. I have already placed an order for one of them and expect to take delivery next week. I am putting together a small write up of it when I get it. If you would like me to send you a copy, please PM me.

I didn't buy one, I just started email ebay buyers to ask them what they thought, but they're delaying the shipment of the screens to add in a 12v and 10v adapter at no extra cost. expected date is 7/30. More later.

That's the same reason I got for the delay on shipping mine. It's apparently supposed to arrive at my house today, so I look forward to being able to produce some sort of review on the product. I'm sure my standards aren't as high as many here, so I'm anxiously looking forward to having it.
As far as that picture, if that is indeed what it's going to look like, it looks JUST like the Panasonic VGA screen sold by Digitalww in which case is good news. One, that there is a competing seller for a familiar product, and two, we'll be able to convert the housing over to the 701l in-dash casing. All of this I think bodes very well for us.
Take a look at the TM-700TS. Very similar? Don't ya think?

Well it bodes well if you receive it. So to quote a famous line from Reservoir Dogs, 'Let's not start sucking each others dkkks just yet'...or something like that, but you get the point.

Let me know how that goes. I find it hard to believe this guy even though his Ebay record says otherwise.

I got one of these too, I have also emailed the guy numerous times about it, and always very quick responces...I ordered mine sometime last week, and it hasnt shown up yet, but im thinking that it has to do with the new 12 volt adapters....we'll see, and when I get it I'll post some pics and such.

Sorry I haven't replied sooner. Yes, I received mine a couple of days ago.
And yes, it IS just like the above pics, and looks to be just the same as the one digitalww sells. It works great and I really don't have any issue with it. I've been playing with it and the screen is clear, bright and appears well made.
Again, I don't have anythign from which to compare, so I'm sure there's a slicker product out there, but this one suits me just fine. For $200, getting VGA (along with touchscreen capability) and video playback, it can't be beat.
If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask and I'd be glad to do my best to answer them. I'm looking to get an in-dash housing from Armen once I have more "fun money" for this project.
I'm more of a car performance guy, so this will serve me well in using my pc fuel controller, datalogger, and wideband controller.

Are the dimensions close to the advertised "180(L)x30(H)x135(W)mm" that is listed? Sure it's a stupid question but I would like a confirmation on what is advertised. I'm looking at replacing my RCA screen but it fits perfectly into my dash and I don't want to do a bunch of modifying my current setup.
