Lilliput 7" touch screen can't connect via USB
Hi Guys

I'm new here round here so sorry that my 1st post is a question..

I just got my a Lilliput 7" touch screen and I can't get XP or 2000 to detect it, I’ve installed every version of the touchkit I could find, installed, uninstalled the installed again and all I get is “Unknown Device” anybody got any ideas?

Model is a 619GL-70NP/C/T Lilliput 7" Touch Screen XGA TFT Car Monitor VGA PC

Did you start up the program and add that device?

(I dont remember exactly what it was, i didnt it a while ago)

I've now tried loading up the software after a reboot then plugging in the screen USB plug still the same

Do you have the latest XP Service pack installed? Might not be that but something to try whilst waiting for replies!

I have SP1 on both systems with xp installed

I mailed the dealer last night, and they seem to think that this is a problem with the UBS/VGA cable, so they are sendding me another in the mail will let you know if this fixes my problem as I have noticed lots of other problems of this kind.
