Xenarc or Gain are there in-dash options?

Searched the board up and down and can't find an answer to this. I would like to get a fully motorized (not half or non, unless that is all there is) in-dash 7" Xenarc (the newer model) or possibly Gain monitor w/ Touch screen. I just can't find one!

In it DigitalWW indicates that these would be in production by mid July. Of course it is now August, and there dont seem to be any other updates.

Called Armen @ Digitalww a dozen times over the last month for some advice, but got no response.

Also searched Google for Xenarc motorized, and found a press release from Xenarc indicating they were introducing the 7" in a fully motorized housing. But the part number mentioned in the article is 700TSV, the same as the part number for the screen all by itself! I am more than a little confused... Where can I find this thing?

Another question... Why is it that there are no brand names (IE Xenarc or Lilliput) in the description of the LCD of the web sites? For example, Armens' site does not list the brand name of the monitor, although you can see it in the picture. It seems the emphasis is on what brand of LCD is used (Hitachi, Sony, etc). Why is this?

its been discussed a million times maybe more on here, as of present no fully motorized VGA with usb / serial touchscreen exists theres plans for them to be built but none exist!
We may someday see a manafacturer but as for now all ideas suggestions and plans are removed from this board keep checking at digitalww for updates i really wouldnt bother armen hes a busy guy and does hes best to get the stuff out to us im sure hes more stressed about the new product delays than anybody else so keep waiting. when its out youll know about it as im sure it will flood this board and others.
P.s buy urself a Xenarc for now its the best you can buy lilliputs are ok but Xenarcs in mine and lots of other peoples opinons are better.
Hope this helps anybody out there with regards to the thread title

And another input here... If you think you are the extra bright one, who will be the one to solve this by buying one of the many motorized units from other companies already out there with a broken screen, so you can replace it with yours, don't bother.

I have spent more hours than I can count trying to find such an animal used or broken and they just arent around.

If you do happen to find one, let all of us know please!

lol i was planning to actualy do that, time to call up stores that sell motorized screens to see if they have any broken ones, or if they can order me just the housing. there definitly has to be a way to buy motorized housings w/o lcds. money can buy ANYTHING! unfortunatly like everyone here i am on a budget $1000 enuff to get a whole carputer system?

$1000 should be enuff if you use a lillliput.

Good luck on that find. I think they (the motorized screens) may be too new, all probably still under warranty. So when they break, people send them back for repairs instead of disposing of them.
