Need help with Xenarc and a backup cam

Hi All,

A few months ago I purchased an IR bullet cam from intellicam.com (the SDR-12 model). Yesterday I was thinking of finally installing it in my Chevy Avalanche. I wanted to hook everything up outside the truck to make sure all the components worked. After connecting everything up to my Xenarc monitor, I couldn't get the image from the cam to register on the Xenarc(700tsmodel). I tried the cam on the video input to my TV, and it worked great, the picture is fine. Xenarc monitor works great when fed from my vga connector from my shuttle computer.
The only thing I can think of is that the cam does not put out a strong enough signal(whether voltage or ma) to show up as a video input signal to the Xenarc.(monitor has vga as well as 3 yellow,rca inputs) Why would the cam work on the TV, and not on the monitor? Do I need to put it through a a carPC first or video signal booster to make it show up on the screen?
I'm hoping one of you knowledgeable vid pro's can help me out. I wanted to ask you guys first before I head to avs forums.

The Xenarc 700TS model does not support RCA video inputs. It does have the RCA cables in place for the video, but it does not have the rest of the hardware so it will not work. The Xenarc 700TSV is the one with active RCA inputs.

I appreciate your reply. Son of a gun... Why would they have the 3 other rca cables connected to the vga cable? Why would Xenarc even make a model that is not cheap(I paid the extra $$ to get the VGA inputs to so I'd have the better quality picture), and not have at least 1 rca input work?

Oh, well... Now I have the incentive to get that carpc built
