Download a program called powerstrip. Install it, right click on the taskbar icon then choose display-->configure-->advanced timing--->Create new resolution. Make a resolution that is 848x480. Reboot, then go back to the same place and select the user defined resolutions then the 848x480. Then click add new resolution and there yah go.

800x480 is the native resolution though but maynot work so 840x480 maybe the closest your get
