cool small vga card for lilliput and epia

hi guys
ive got a vie epia m1000 an the pw 80 psu.
im also using the 7" lilliput tft and i would like to run it wit 800x480.
i read that the vga card of the epia doesnt support this resolution (with powerstrip...)
now im searching a vga card which is small and which doesnt need much power (because of my 80watt psu)
and there shall be no fan on it, i can be a old card, no 3d gaming...

do you have some ideas??
which cards do u use with the lilliput and the epia??

eBay has fanless and small (half height) PCI & AGP 64Mb GeForce MX440's going past all the time at around the $20 mark if you strike it lucky on the bidding. They are reasonably performant.

That is, if you can get the 800x480 to work. A lot of people have problems getting the NVidia drivers to output 800x480. Ditto with ATI cards and drivers.
