modding lilliput 1440*234

is it possible to mod a 1440*234 lilliput (non vga) like psone display?
is it possible to conect vga cable to that lcd television?
(it has also a composite input, and it has rgb pixels (3*480=1440) )

and another question; i have a s-video - composite converter cable..
if i can't connect my lcd display to vga, how should i connect my computers video out to the lcd display
with long "long s-video cable(~4m) + svideo to composite converter" or "long composite cable (~4,5m)"

1) No. You can't mod an LCD to produce higher resolution because the number of pixels is fixed.
2) Not directly. You'd need either an RCA Composite-VGA adapter or a video card that has TV-out (either SVideo or composite)
3) Experiment and go with whichever gives you the best output quality. Mind you, VGA-RCA/SVideo typically results in marginal quality at best.
