NEW lilliput drivers released 11-03-04

Just saw the new drivers for the lilliputs
Installed them and they are a little different, but one of my screens is now completely dead..

Now if we could just get touchscreens that don't die.

I tried installing those drivers last night. Afterwards my touchscreen would no longer respond in either XP Pro or MCE 2005.

Reverted back to the old drivers and all is well.....

well I just re-did system ( fresh install MCE 2005 ) and the new drivers don't seem to do crap...
In fact, I don't even get the " New hardware found "
So, I'm not sure if it's the new drivers, or if it's XP MCE

Seems a little bit different tabs in the new drivers ( good / Bad ?? )

I reverted back to the previously released drivers and I am having no problems. My Lilliput is a Starvision (Lilliput manufactured/Starvision labeled) and I have not had 1 problem yet. It was taken apart once, when I installed the guts into another housing that I molded into my dash. Maybe I've just been lucky......

Or maybe you aren't heavy handed with yours?

I swear they can't be THAT badly made. I think people have a tendency to blame the kit when it's actually them that have screwed it up.

(Queue all the posts about how they treated their Lilliputs really well and they still broke blah blah) :-)

I had the reboot problem, mainly when I initiated visualisations, I original thought it was my videocard/heat/voltage problem, but a driver change has sorted it.
