Lilliput 7" touchscreen VGA LCD or 8" ? What would you get ?

If money was not a factor, what would you get ? Lilliput VGA LCD 7" or 8" ? The 7" is 16:9 widescreen ratio but the 8" is bigger and standard ratio.

The LCD is going in my 98 civic.

Thanks

Dominic

If money was not a factor I would buy a Xenarc.

I have a Lilliput that I am now spending $50 to replace a bad touchscreen.

I bought the 7" first, then the 8". The 8" is SIGNIFICANTLY bigger. I use mine mounted in the dash, and if you run any standard PC software, buttons are much easier to hit on the 8". Also, you won't get the dreaded Jurassic Park logo.

These are both test fit shots from 7" and 8". In the final configuration, I moved the 8" down a little (covered the buttons) and put my DVD player on top.

8inch-significantly reduces squinting at 200KPH. Xenarc or Liilliput is not the issue. More real-estate, bigger fonts.

Yeah I guess, said money was not a factor, but I still don't have 500 $ to buy a Xenarc 8" touchscreen.....

I'll probably go with the 8 " Lilliput.....

Thanks
