How about a solenoid to push it out (attached to the accessory power) , a capacitor could be used to control the amount of voltage that the solenoid recieved by absorbing the voltage and charging, bigger capacitor slower moving.
Communtating diode on the solenoid so you dont get a spike/pulse when it is turned off and it looses charge injecting voltage back into the circuit.
And a spring to close it.
This way it opens when the car accessories is turned on and closes when it is turned off
