You can plug the AV into it and it will display the video and play the audio, sure. But the touchscheen isn't going to work unless you crack open the HU, figure out how to get teh touchscreen signals to either a PS/2 port or a USB port *AND* have correct drivers for it installed.
Considering the cost of these in-dash DVD/screen units, I wouldn't want to risk it, would you?
Granted, you could have your PC display on it with a touchscreen and touch it all day long, if that's your bag.
