Confused about power cables on LCD

Hey guys, I got an in-dash (non-motorized) LCD for my temporary DVD setup to hold me over for a while till I gather up the cash for a carpc and proper monitor (it was cheap, only like $125), anyways, there's no real instructions with it, and I'm a bit confused, there's 4 power cables, red (has a fuse), black, green and yellow. so i assume the red is the main power, black to ground, I was told yellow would go to 12v battery, but I have no clue whether or not that is true, and no clue what the green would be for. Some suggested it's a safety wire to be grounded to the ebrake, someone said it was for the remote, and someone else said it was possibly to illuminate the screen 'open' button, anyone have any insight? here's a pic. thanks

Did it ever dawn on you to check the manufacturer's website for a manual or wiring diagram or somesuch?

Yellow = constant => battery +
Red = Switch => Ignition/ACC
Black = Ground/earth.
That is standard aftermarket car audio products color code, but each manufacturer can put whatever wire color they want.
Green, I don't know. Since this is in-dash unit, it's more likely for ebrake input (-)
Try the manufacturer site for instruction (if any).

Yea it did, but it's a generic brand with no diagrams or instructions.

Take a look on the bottom somewhere. There may be an FCC ID number that you could lookup here. It will return the manufacture info.
