the menu on the lili is kinda weird, are you sure your using the right button to change it? Running in VGA mode or video? is it dim all the time, or just during the day? Using the cigarette Adapt, or AC block?

I know it's an old thread, but i've searched & can't find a solution my lilli is doing exactly the same, I cannot use hue either, same specs except that mine is hard wired straight to the battery bypassing the egg, anyone have any ideas?
thanks in advance, Daz.

well quite frankly hardwiring the lilliput to your battery is a bad idea. the xenarcs may be ok but they are qoted with a large input voltage range

What happens when you use the < and > buttons? This adjusts the gamma.
