Stretching resolution to fit the monitor.
I have searched but found nothing to fix my problem. I have a 7"LCD with rca input hooked up to the TV out on my video card. Its a noname video card, from a defunct company, but its the only one that would work in the computer. When I have it plugged into the LCD, the screen is about 4 times as large as the lcd itself. So when you move the mouse to the edge of the screen the desktop scrolls. Is there any program to fit the image to the lcd screen or something? TVtool will not work as it is not a gforce card, I already tried that. Also there is no way to download drivers for this video card, as the company is defunct and its really really old.
