Problem with Xenarc TS

I just had my Xenarc Touch for about a month and now i am having problem with the screen now. When I plug in the power, it only display red, blue and green color line all over the screen and then it become white and ultra white. It works well before. Has anyone seen this problem before??

ONe month later, someone responds...i have this problem right now. Its the ribbon that behind the screen. i broke the brown connecter that fastens the ribbon in, so im looking for a solution to fix it so it stays in.

any ideas?
