Black border stripes on top & bottom of 7" LCD, Help Needed!
Ok, I swear I've seen this all over the place, but the one time I need the information the search feature can't seem to find it...
So can anyone point me to the answer?
I have a TM-702L Panasonic 7" LCD Panel Touchscreen. I am using powerstrip to display the 720x480 resolution and it still won't fill up the entire screen, with overscan on it does, but then parts of the desktop aren't on the screen and TV tool for the ATI 9200SE won't let me adjust it (with overscan on).
So now I am looking at a 720x480 resolution desktop on the 7" LCD and all I see is a black strip border on the top of the screen and bottom of the screen.
