Voyager-systems LCD Pinout
I have picked up one of the following screens
Voyager-systems TFT LCD
Model PML2004 5.6” LCD Monitor
Display method TFT active matrix, RGB colour stripe
Resolution Horizontal (H): 960 x Vertical (V): 234 dot (224640)
Active area (mm) 105 x 87, diagonally
Viewing angle Horizontal: 90 degree, Vertical: 40 degree
Pixel pitch (mm) Horizontal: 0.414 x Vertical: 0.416
Displayable colours Full
Brightness (typical) 280 nits
Contrast ratio (typical) 120:1
Video input signal Composite A/V (1Vpp) 75 Ohms
Video output signal Composite A/V (1Vpp) 75 Ohms
Signal connection 3.5mm Jack. (Some have Mini 8 pin DIN pigtail also)
Power supply 12Vdc nominal
I have two output cables for this.
A jackplug and power jack (screen end)to an 8 pin mini-din socket.
The other is a 8pin mini-din female (pigtail end)to an 8pin full sized din plug.
From the looks of it I can also reverse the first cable and put it on the pigtail leaving me a normal power type plug and a 3.5mm stereo style plug for video/audio in.
My question is anybody know if this will connect to an epia board. If so whats the pinout for an epia s-video or do I use rca? I have searched for S-video pinout but only one usefull thread giving me a pinout for 4 pin din 1 and 2 earth 3 luminance 4 chrominance
