Dead pixel fixed?

I know my lilliput had a dead blue pixel, I know this for sure. I could see it quite clearly whenever I had a dark video source. But now the dead pixel has disappeared, I cant find any dead pixels anywhere on the screen. Is it possibls that this dead pixel seems to have fixed itself?

maybe it was a hot pixel, as there is no sign of it anymore. Anyway whatever it was all is good now as I have an lcd with no spots anymore!
