I had the same problem with a 5" lcd and my MII1000... it would work fine on the tv in the house but it would not detect the lcd. The problem is the video card on the pc needs to "see" a load on the rca out in order to allow the video to work, that some lcds do not present a load. To fix the problem get a 75ohm resistor and put in parallel with the video signal going to the lcd. The easy and quick way to do it it to get a y adapterand hook one end to the pc the other to the lcd and the third to the resistor... oh and you can use a 100ohm resistor as they are easier to find.

OK here is the way I did it, this is not my actual setup but I just threw this together to take a pic for you For the resistor you should solder it on like I said this pic was just for an example. The color code for the 100ohm resistor is brown black brown The pic is kinda hard to see. You can get the resistor at radio shack get the 100 ohm the 75ohm is too hard to find. You could also use a terminator (has a 75ohm resistor in it) for cable tv and a adapter to go from an "f" connector to a rca type. Then use a y adapter with 2 female rca instead of the one in the pic.

mrfixit, thanks alot man, now, let me see if I got it.. The terminator will go with the adapter "f" connector to rca, right? Now, that will go into one female RCA, the other one will go to the video card and then connect it to my pioneer brain? Did I understood correctly?

Well, unfortunately didnt work , I still get the same "picture" lines all over the screen. What I managed to do, is to clone my display in the computer, so I might need to work more on the settings.. I'm running out of options and these thing is ****ing me off...!

Go deep into the video card driver settings - look for the svideo/rca/TV settings and look for the "force detection" setting. this should help. It will make the video card thinkt here is a tv attached even if there isn't. IT should be there somewhere. If you can't find it make sure you have the proper drivers and use the driver help file and manufacturers web site.
