Xenarc 10.4" touchscreen problems

Im having problems with this screen. what kind of problem? when I try to install the touchscreen drivers they install then asks to re-start, so I do that ,then try the touchcreen configuration utility and it doesnt detect any COM ports, Ive tried to re-install the Mb's drivers but with no luck. Another thing thats happening is that after the installation of the TS drivers the PC is taking a while to boot up (5 mins).

in Device Manager Click on "USB" and there you'll see something about touchscreen.. click on it and click "update driver" click "no" to search the web and then let it do its thing.

The Xenarc 10.4 screen is not USB supported it is a commincation port. Hey, but thanks for the reply. If you or someone else has more suggestions and or ideas please let know...
