The brightness is only 250 nits so that might be a problem, isnt this a TView? Maybe not.
The lilliputs and Xenarcs I believe are 400 nits, 250 isnt going to be very bright and will be hard to deal with during the daytime in car.

Personally I'd never buy a screen off ebay, it's the component most liekly to go wrong and unless I knew a lot about the seller I wouldnt trust they would replace a faulty one.
I'd also never buy one no-one else has heard of, unless I it was a demo one for MP3Car/Digital-Car reader's benefit.

I bought this screen..
and it works.. but I'd get a lilliput if I get a new one.. it will be that or a xenarc ..
they are a bit on the cheap side.. but they are also.. "cheap" ..
yes it's a tview

i read that the tview one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW and there were alot of happy buyers, so i believe that is the one i am going to probably buy, i read the lilliputs are not to reliable, and the xenarcs are very nice but too expensive. So from what ive read i have concluded that the Tview over the lilliput due to price and the problems with lilliputs. Please add anything you have to say, i would really appreciate it.

well I own a tview.. I've only owned a Tview .. the thing is. lillput has NO return warrenty service even factory .. I beleive lilli's do. I thought they were at bit of a large company.. I gues they both stink :-) .. but if it were a perfect world we'd all get xenarcs .. I've seen more documentation on lilli's too.. and search for my threads on the LCD portion of the forum.. tview is no saint either.. I think more people own lilli's.. so more problems are reported.. but Buyer beware

Starvision
Try Starvision:
The TM-7VGA is $229 from www.webzone.us. Looks to be good specs and has a touchscreen interface and pretty good specs.
