Yeah, I just got mine from mp3car store and it has a dead pixel in the middle of the screen. I thought I read somewhere here that Ziplock tests all the screens to make sure they work properly before sending them out? Mabey i'm wrong, dunno, but anyway he told me to send a RMA form to xenarc for a replacement. That sux, why can't i just send it back to mp3car store and they send me a replacement? And what is RMA anyway? Dunno, guess i'm just a little dissapointed about my screen.
