Post Complete LCD Comparison Chart

LCD Comparison Chart

Here is the beginning of a complete LCD comparison. There should be one nice chart for all LCDs, power supplies, even motherboards. Specs are specs, but I want a comparison with real world info. Which is why I am asking for input. All the info currently listed is strictly spec-sheet. For some stuff that is fine. For how well the screen REALLY works below 0Celsius, you need real experience. And yes, for some of us it matters if it works that cold. So, this is the thread for LCD info. The page has my email link, feel free to use it. Also on the page is a template for adding a complete listing for a different LCD type. The whole chart is generated on the fly from a CSV file, so its quick and easy to edit.

Lets get some info, mods please delete any threadjacks. You should see quite a few changes throughout the day.

There must be something wrong with that statement.

There really aren't a whole lot of choices out there. Aside from the random "I found this LCD and controller in a box" there are only a few options.

Don't everybody respond at once now.

Desktop LCDs are great if you find the right features and size

I'm curious about the need for a 800x480 column. The physical sizes for the 7" wides are listed as 800x480, and the 8" are 4:3, so you don't want widescreen resolutions on them anyways, right? Maybe the chart can de-clutter a little without that column. Plus, where are you getting the numbers for "rough reliability"?
