This is the native resolution problem that your seeing
When you force the Xenarc into displaying an 800x600 pixel image, you get pixel shearing in order to force the width and hieght into the aspect ratio of the screen.
This is why everyone is on a quest for 800x480, so that every pixel = a pixel in the display. Right now with a 600 height, each pixel is actally ~1.3 pixels wide, and since pixels are the smallest unit of measure it looks blurred or lined.
Send mail to Via if your using a Mini-ITX system so we can hopefully get the resolution added to the available selections for these boards, if your using a different board your going to have to play with Powerstrip to try and get the native resolution, or try a different video card that can support the resolution.
