Great job! Hopefully, with time, an upgrade kit will be available for Xenarc's with easy-to-follow instructions.
Also - what about creating auto-dimming circuitry? That and a CCFL upgrade would be the holy grail for us...

Oh you want to send me a motorized display, how kind
untill I do the heat testing, i'm not sure how well these will wok in the motorized displays, as that is a much more confined space and heat buildup might be a problem.

yeah the inverters would have to be located in the main unit I think - messy! I would htink providing addtional cooling holes in the back of the motorised screen would be ok for cooling as there will be more airflow than a molded screen.
