Unhappy DWW-7VGA - Problem Using Video Inputs

I have the DWW-7VGA In-Dash LCD and it's worked great with VGA. I connected a tv tuner to it via the yellow RCA inputs but I get no picture. I've confirmed that the tuner is working properly. Switching to AV1 or AV2 gets me no picture, and when I go to the menu, the brightness/contrast for both are at 0 and I can't increase them. Any thoughts?
