Worked fine with my 7" Lili, got it off ebay couple of months back. The number string is shorter though? It doesn't need the last digit.

I've never been able to show up the configuration procedure.. maybe I'm doing something wrong? I typed slowly, about 1 button per second, keeping it pressed about a half second, but it does not show up, any hint?

I can confirm it works for my 'classic' Lilli with the 10pin connector, and also my buddies...any chance we can get our hands on this magic lilli hidden features manual???

For those of you who has older version (9PIN DIN connector) and not do the capacitor/resistor mod yet and want to do so, just go a head a do it. This mod didn't work for us. I try it earlier today and nothing happen.
I don't know this mod doesn't work for the model (619GL-70NP) or the remote/IR reciever didn't get all the number/code right. I try it cuz I thought what the hell if it doesn't work it won't break anything . Yup it doesn't work and it doesn't break

Hi guys and thanks for the great info!

I have also managed to code my lilliput to go into auto power-on mode by
entering the code:588998 after a reset in VGA-mode

My type of lilliput:
619GL 70NP/C/T

How exactly you do that?

Hi,

I was actually a bit surprised myself as I was trying to get the lilliput to accept the code using the procedure mentioned above:

1.In VGA mode, SLOWLY Input "588998" to come into the "factory setup" with the remote control unit.
- My procedure was going into the menu-system via the remote and resetting the screen and wait for the VGAMODE to appear in the top left corner and like the man says slowly input "588998", I am a very stubborn man so I did this a couple of times and the number 2. shows up and then it was easy to enter "1270110" to activate the auto power on followed by pressing any numerkey to do the activation.

Pulled all the power-leds and the lilliput now turns itself on at poweron which is what I want for my indash-install without the housing and keys...

Hey everyone, can anyone else confirm that this code works on the older Lilliput with the "Classic Housing" other than MOX and SCO. The monitor looks like this....

Please let me know so I may change my post and let others who have the older model know it also works on those as well. Thanks Everyone

Definetely works!

I tried this on both the 7” and the 8” and it works. I also tried on an older version 7” and it also worked. I think this has always been here. Just amazing.

Few notes: It doesn’t work the same on all monitors. Not all monitors will bring up the input screen as soon as you enter 588998. On some of the monitor I would enter the number and nothing would happen, until I would press the menu (on the remote control). The menu would come but this time it had a header and a footer. On top it said “Factory Mode” and on the bottom “Ver:311”. This header and footer would stay on the menu until the power was cut. However the menu was the same and the monitor didn’t turn ON automatically. I played some more with the monitor and found out that if I exit out of the menu (still in factory mode) and begin entering the number (588998) again, it would only let me enter 5 8 and then brings up the input screen right away. At this point the monitor starts to turn ON automatically. Those who weren’t successful try it again this way.
