NEED HELP!! M10000 Bios Display Settings

I accidentally changed my M10000 BIOS display settings to LCD. Now when i boot up there is nothing! The CPU still boots fine but there is no display what-so-ever. If somebody could PLEASE send me a walkthrough on the BIOS menus to change the settings back to CRT I'd greatly appreciate it. Everything im trying to do is BLIND.

Reset the CMOS... pull the battery or change the jumper for a few seconds.

Use the CLEAR CMOS jumper, shorting pins 1-2 while the system is off, then returning back to original position, which IIRC is near the PCI slot

If the above suggestions don't work, connect the mobo to a television set. I had the same thing happen to me and the video output got set to television.
