Lilli reset codes

Thanks Anointed for publishing the Lilli control codes and also for the webs site from viguera, http://www.viguera.net/carpc/, to get the code you want. It worked perfectly on my 619GL-70NP/C. No serial number, old case, but with newer screw style 10 pin video plug. Now, if I could just get it to display 800x480. All I get is a black screen on 800x480 with the modded BIOS and proper driver as described elsewhere on this forum. Still struggling with that before I give up.

Read somewhere on the forum that the black screen "might be" the sign of wrong refresh rate. Change it to see it makes a difference (i.e. to 75).

FYI I just got a new lilliput from the mp3car store (whatever model that is) and this works perfectly with it.

WTF!!!!

Tried everything.. read all the posts.. NOTHING! NADA. slow, fast, with VGAMODE on OSD, w/o..
Ihave a lilli 619 10 pin. no serial on the screen. still. nothing.

The touchkit has the ability to write functions directly to the EPROM, so, i'll try going that way. make the XP change the settings.. hard, i know, but i'm lost here. nothing worked.

any idea guys?

Omernesh.

fast definatly wont work....and when you do it, theres a huge delay, so you do have to go pretty damn slow. have you reviewed digitalww comments on his tests? Try it several times. The first two times i tried it nothing happened. Lol, also check to see if your battery has life still (put it in your mouth).

The touchscreen and its driver software are in no way related to the rest of the lilli -- they're completely separate pieces of hardware.

OKay I think I got it to work. Now when I power down the led stays green but the screen is off. And I checked too because I pressed menu on the remote and nothing pops up so I guess I finally got it right. So maybe this might help some people. I did everything above but still it wouldn't work but you have to slightly unplug the power cord and reinsert it. I think this basically executes the code entered. You can tell if it powers off because the screen will be pitch black and you can always press menu on the remote to see if it is turned off.

Worked on mine on the first try. Don't have the serial handy as I already have the screen out of it's original case working on a custom enclosure for my 91 MR2 turbo. But it is the 7" lilliput w/ touchscreen I bought from the place in hong kong about 3 months ago.

Power on codes

We use the 619GL-70NP/C/T and the codes do work but....

588998 to get the settings input displayed
127 0 10 1 to turn on the auto power on
5 to save - then WAIT
5 to confirm save - then WAIT

The unit then does a complete reset - and when it comes back the code is active. You may then need to reselect your video input source again.

If you do not wait, like press the menu button/key or play with other buttons it seems to dump the changes.
