Backlight on Xenarc 800tsv out
My Xenarcs backlight started flickering on and off the other day and now there is no backlight at all. I do have a picture it is just not very bright. If I try to adjust the brightness via the OSD menu nothing happens. Also I can press the Dim button on the front panel and I see it display the text Bright/Medium and Dark and the display goes black on the Dark setting. I then have to power off to get the display to come back on. From what I have read it sounds like my backlight controller went out. Does anyone else have any ideas? This thing is less than a month old and of course I opened it up so the warranty is void.
Looked on the Xenarc site and it looks like I have a 30 day warranty since I opened the case. I may be under warranty I hope.
