New Motorized In-Dash VGA LCD's
DWW-710L
- Fully Motorized
- TV and Radio Tuners
-Auto ON/OFF
- Comes with a remote control
- 1 Din; will fit in most cars and trucks
DWW-K301
-Not much information yet, but another user here has this monitor in hand
It's funny how we were waiting for these units with baited breath 6 months ago, now it seems almost like a flood in the market. These 2 units look A LOT better than the DWW-700M, the Motorized In-Dash Lilliput Housing or the Xenarc 700-IDT.
DWW also shows another unit on their website very similar to the Lilliput Motorized project housing, but more universal looking. This unit is not linked yet.
Enjoy!

They are new. We have had some for a couple weeks. We are debating weather or not to put them on the store for general sale. It is a very nice unit with metal gears.
Our target price would be around 450. The same as the other motorized unit.
We would also insist on a no dead pixel guarantee.

-edit, i see they have sunk the vga port in a little aswell.. looks like they actually thought about the design of the unit compared to the other ones

Ryanmt - I tend to agree which is why I did not rush in to getting the first batch of screens as a little birdy told me these higher quality ones where on the way... as you know.

I wonder how good the tuner is on the DWW-710L.

It looks exactly like the Lilliput in-dash, so you can check the specs on their site, that one does have internal amp.

What LCD panels do they use? Same as the Xenarc monitors, same as the Lilliput, or something completely different?
I do like the look of the DWW-710L...at a glance it looks like some generic headunit, nothing special about it. Good to not draw attention to it when it's stowed

Firberoptic... whats the wiring out the back.. its hard to make out on DWWs pick but it looks like there is a reverse in there.
If thats the case I assume rather than just detecting the camera on it senses reverse.. and if thats the case does it mirror that image ?
