Where to get a single din holder for 7" lilliput?

Digitalww is no longer selling these and I really don't want to go motorized.

Anybody know someone selling these, or a place where I can get one?

I have one with a composite screen in it and no touch screen. I would be willing to sell it. Also, I don't have the power cables and such for the PS/2 looking connector but I think Armen from digitalww would have it. Let me know.
