I'm new here.. and am glad I found this forum because it rocks!
Anyway I have bought an indash LCD monitor off ebay and when I went to wire it up (bench test) I found that the green wire that goes to the handbrake does nothing. Whether it is earthed or not the unit still works. I would have thought it shouldn't work if the handbrake is on? Or is the manufacturer just adding a green wire that really does nothing to make it legal to install in cars?
It's obviously not VGA, it says RCA inputs and only shows RCA connectors... he never said it was VGA
