Well, I have my carputer up and running, not in the car, but I'm currently watching a very small Finding Nemo. Im running it on a VIA SP8000 via (pardon the pun) Windows Media Center Edition. FYI, it runs GREAT even on this little fanless 800MHz proc. Anyway, my question is the LCD I have is NOT a VGA screen, composite only, looks ok, execpt for the black bars around the entire screen. Is there anyway to corect this? Ive searched, downloaded Powerstrip, everything, but its looks the same no matter what I do. Its actual resolution is 480x234 (1440x234) if that helps. Im also starting to think this LCD may just have to go back, as its there is zero info out there about it.

Any feedback very appriciated!

The bars around are typical of composite/s-video signals. I believe they have to do with the syncrhonization the hardware performs in order to display the screen propperly centered. Furthermore, the only way to get rid of it may be at the monitor itself (unless you get a Video card that has TV out adjustments -- and that still may not do the trick)
