Change Refresh Rate to 75hz

Hey, I bought a 64mb Jaton Graphics card to be able to have 800x480. Just wondering how do i change the refresh rate to 75hz??

Right click on desktop > Properties > Settings Tab > Advanced > Monitor Tab > Change "Screen refresh rate" to 75hrz, and hit apply/ok/whatever.
