Question Need recommendations for display/vendor

I used to know what I was doing when it comes to this stuff, but I've been out of the loop for too long, so I need your help. Basically I have a box that has VGA, S-Video, and NTSC (via coax connector). I'm not picky about which one I end up using. What I want is a small display (4 - 6" diagonal display area is ideal) that will work well in a car (warm and cold, but not to extremes -- e.g. it won't be left in the car overnight) as well as on my desk. That much is easy.

Here's where it gets difficult: My ideal price point is under $40. Ultimately, the most I can spend is $85. Also ideally, I would like it to come from a vendor that consistently stocks this unit (e.g. not eBay). However, I'm able to make an exception to this rule if the display costs me less than $40. Make sense?

I know that this is a lot to ask, but I also know that such displays do exist. Can anybody point me to a good vendor?

[Edited for typos.]
