HELP WITH CREATING AN EL backlight LCD

Hey, i finally got my computer ready, and i am begining the process of this LCD. Ive looked into TFTs...too big, too expensize, but they look cool though. What i would like to do is get a LCD (like a 4X40) but have it backlite with that "cell phone--el backlight look". Is this possible?? I know arby does some LCD inverting, but would it be able to do this?? Also, is it possible to get a very high dpi lcd that would display graphics (like that REALLY expensive organic display CD player)???

Try that...... I dont know if theres a winamp plugin that will support it though - or if you want a cool looking lcd, look into VCDs from the same site.
