HELP! Is my Lilliput DOA?

I'm a bit of a n00b when it comes to touchscreens, but I think I did everything right here. My video card is currently displaying at 800x600. I plugged in all of the cables to my new Lilliput... the power, and the VGA/USB cable. However, I do not get any picture at all on my LCD. When I hit volume or menu, nothing at all shows up either... it is not only images from the computer that don't show up. The status LED will usually a red light with yellow/green flashes, but occasionally displays a yellow light with green/red flashes. I did not get a users manual or driver disk, but I downloaded drivers and nothing is working. There are no broken pins, and everything is connected correctly. Am I doing something wrong, or did I get a DOA LCD?

Thanks

if you just purchased the unit, I would just send it back, sounds like you got yourself a faulty unit

but if you dont have the option of sending it back, then opening it up and checking all the ribbon cables is your next option
