Display keep skipping!

Hi, I'm new to this forum.

recently I bought a set of Innovatek DVD-386 player + IN-650D TFT screen (yeah I've heard lots of bad stories about Mp3PlayerStore).

I've no problem watching VCD / DVD; but everytime when I first turn on the screen, the display keep "skipping". this happen even when I listen to MP3 CD, that make me can't choose the folder. I've try switch the screen between PAL / NTSC, but no luck.

Can anyone tell why this happen and how to fix it?

here's an attach file about my skipping problem:

Thanks!!!
