Looking for a good LCD

I'm wanting a good LCD that can display cobra, movies, and especially GPS clearly. My price range is up to $600... Anyone got some links to some models you know can handle this well?

Screen size just needs to be good enough to read the GPS maps easily, and be able to view Cobra / movies/tv with some degree of ease. Total outside dimensions (not diagonal but all the way around), no more than 12inches by 8 inches or so.

EarthLCD has some pretty nice ones and various sizes. I have a 12.1" LCD in my truck. It came with controller and enclosure. It runs off 12VDC. The price is lower now than when I bought it.
