Getting really frustrated with Lilli calibration (lack of)!
Ok i've contacted MP3Car store a few times, no response. Essentially, my screen keeps its calibration for like.... not long. I am not sure if its a driver or a flaw in my touch device, but seriously... the screen can be as much as 1/2" off left or right usually. It drives me mad. Its ok in Road Runner sometimes, but in Windows itself I can't click on the OSK accurately at all. Please help guys!

I doubt it, most the problems i've seen have been driver issues

does this sound like one? Any way to test that the screen is ok or not? It's so aggrivating.

best way is going to be to uninstall the driver and load the newest
it should'nt mess with any of your other settings, at least it's a lot quicker than trying a new touch controller

Ok, so answer me this. Can I just go to System Props and uninstall... what exactly? Where will the device be located for uninstalling. Then installing the new drivers, will I lose touch-capability at all? Ie., can I use the touchscreen upon reboot. Reason being i don't have another mouse to bring to the car.

yes you will loose touch while you reinstall the drivers, so you will either need to get a mouse or attach a keyboard
http://www.egalax.com.tw/support-drivers.htm
thos are the drivers, you just need to download the ones that say 4/18/2005 for windows xp or whatever operating system your running

Has anybody found a common factor in the Lilli calibration issues? Certain mobos, OS, anything?

In time the touchscreen overlay itself actually goes bad. This is the case for most older lilli's that worked perfectly, but no longer seem 'calibrated' ... this also mostly effects the lower right side of the screen.
Digitalww.com has in the 7" overlay replacements for the lilli - just got mine, but haven't installed yet.
