Lilliput old vs. new cable?

Does anyone know if the pinouts of the older lilli cable (friction fit) are the same as the newer one (screws together)?

I have an older 7" (619GL) and a bought another cable from digitalww.com so that I could connect things in the house (original cable is mounted in the car). Any way to know if I can use the new cable with the old monitor w/o problems??

Ah... oops. Once I got the monitor back out of the car I realized the the two cords are opposite genders. That may have been to prevent someone from trying this??
