LCD USB Problem

Hey i was just wondering if any of you ever have problems connected your Touchscreen USB to a USB HUB. I have a Xenarc 700tsv and when i connect it to the USB HUB my computer doesnt even loaf it. It does nothing. Is there a solution for this? Any1 ever experience this before?
