As many of us have I got this controller from Allen. He did send me a picture of the cable that I need from the card to the VGA Output. I just wanted to get as much info on this card as I could so I emailed the maker of the card. This is what they said.

Hello,
All that I can tell you about this board is that it is a component
to our 10" display. The VGA to TFT controller board is not a resale part
therefor there is not a manual for the board. All schematics and design
related materials are property of Datalux Corporation and since this is a
current design this material is not available for distribution. The board is
hardware driven and output only, no drivers are used in connection with this
board. I do not have any additional information available that can help you
with your project.

Respectfully.

Does anyone still have the data sheet on allen's controller?
I am kinda of confused, does the large nut on the board get 12volts or is that for ground? Also, what are all the other pins for, I want to see if i can interface my touchscreen thru it or not.

Thanks,

Bryan

it is for the backlight inverter.

i think the pins are.... in no particular order.
12v
5v
dimmer
ground
turn on

edit....

I think that it is just power for a backlight inverter and possible a brightness control it.
