Hello Everyone,

New member, downtown from Jerusalem, Israel.
Just got into the multimedia business in cars.
Citroen Saxo 1.4i, 2000 is the car we are talking about.

I'm planning in the moment some huge project in the car.
I do not have the budjet to spend lots of money on a fresh new Carputer, therefor i thought about combing my old laptop with the lcd screens while building a contoller in the passenger cabin to control it all.

We are talking about a Pentium 2 200 Mhz, 256 RAM with 20 GB hardrive.
I've got 2 lcd monitors in the headrests for the back passengers, and willing to buy another one for the front side of the car so i can use it for a few certain things.

I'd like to know from you guys, if you are willing to help of course if i will be able to place my laptop in the trunk, and base it over there. and use my monitors as the screens of the laptop. I mean seeing the windows desktop and everything.
My plan is to be able to play DVD's on the computer, listening to music, using a rear-view camera instead of the rear-view mirror and getting info about the car specifications, engine statics and more.

Please state the advanteges and the disadvanteges of such a system, specificlly as you can.
