Post vga/s-video output switcher on bookpc

Is there a way I can wire up a short or something on the vga to switch to s-video output with the switch off and vga output with the switch on? this is for a bookpc model # i810 thank you

Try connecting a standard VGA monitor, do a cold boot, and see if it autodetects. Do the same thing usuing a conventional TV with S-Video inputs. If it autodetects each correctly, all you should have to do is connect whichever monitor you are planing to use at any given time. I am guessing that you are using the S-Video in the car and VGA in the house for maintenance?

Actually I plan on having both vga and ntsc connected - VGA for car shows in the trunk and ntsc for people in the car.... still kind of stumped as to how to get this done

Have you tried to hook both up at the same time? If they both work, depending on your OS, you could have both displays mirrored (both showing the same thing) and you wouldn't have to worry about a switch.

Both definetly wont work besides the fact that it would irk me to be driving a lcd in a trunk while on the highway - thanks for the help though
